The BSA Online Learning Center provides a variety of materials, from quick references to complete courses, all designed to help Scouting volunteers improve leadership skills and deliver quality Scouting experiences to youth. A log-in is required, however anyone may create a user account and view the courses. Registered members of the BSA may provide their member numbers (as part of the user profile) to receive credit.

Online courses are quick and convenient, but generally aren't as detailed and useful as the "live" courses. They should be considered if you have already attended a "live" course and are looking for a refresher or if it's the only way to get trained quickly - and then take the "live" course later.
