Training in Commissioner work at all levels; Unit Commissioners, Roundtable Commissioners and staff, District Commissioners and Ass't District Commissioners. A four year degree program culminating with the Commissioner earning the "Black Neckerchief" signifying the degree, Doctor of Commissioner Science. Location to be announced.

Monthly Foothills Commissioner's staff meetings are held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3147 Trickum Road (off of Sandy Plains), Marietta from 7:30 to 8:30 PM
All OA members are urged to attend this monthly meeting of the Kenesaw Chapter of Egwa Tawa Dee, Lodge 129. Roswell Street Baptist Church at the same time as District Roundtable.
