January 2026 Roundtable – 02/08/2026

Happy New Year, Fabulous Foothills Scouters!
Foothills Roundtable and District Committee is THIS week, Jan. 8, at the Atlanta Area Council Volunteer Service Center (VSC).
DATE: Thursday, January 8, 2026
TIME: District Committee Meeting will be at 6:45 pm and Roundtable will follow at 7:30 pm.
LOCATION: We will meet at the Atlanta Area Council Volunteer Service Center (VSC), which is the building next to the Braves Stadium that is home to the Scout Shop.  We’ll be in the big room on the ground floor that’s on your left as you face the entrance to the scout shop.
YOUR WHY: We will be filming your “why’s” during and between these meetings. Each “why” is just 15–30 seconds, no script and no pressure, just your honest reason for being involved in scouting. These videos will be used at our district banquet on January 30 and on social media to help more families see the real impact of Scouting.
Your “why” could be what inspires the next family to say yes to Foothills Scouting.  We hope you can join us and share your story on January 8!
